Hosting an Event or Expo?

This interactive workshop will provide wellness techniques, stretching, aromatherapy as well as demonstrating and practicing proper posture so staff can immediately begin feeling great and utilizing the tools and strategies learned. After the workshop, seated chair massage will be available to the employees.

In just 30-90 mins your staff will be trained in the 3P's for Profitability:

Seated chair massage includes head, neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands. In addition stretching and a brief consultation to help foster proper posture and reduce pain.
